Getting a call back from support

This video provides an opportunity to familiarize yourself with the procedure for forming a request to the support service to receive a callback to your mobile number.

To request a callback to your mobile number, you need:

1) Click on the SOS tab at the bottom of the screen
2) Select the appropriate menu item
3) Enter your phone number to which you wish to receive a call back
4) During working hours, the support service will call you within 1 hour
