Getting a call back from support

This video provides an opportunity to familiarize yourself with the procedure for forming a request to the support service to receive a callback to your mobile number.

To request a callback to your mobile number, you need to:

1) Click on the "SOS" tab at the bottom of the screen

2) Select the appropriate menu item

3) Enter your phone number to which you would like to receive a callback

4) During working hours, the support service will call you within 1 hour
