SSI Q-Mate successfully launched into commercial operation in 110+ territorial divisions of the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and in the electronic driver's office
The company's specialists together with the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Infotech launched a new Q-Mate queue management system from Service Systems Integration into commercial operation after project pilot period. This system not only provides automated queue management in the territorial service centers for their visitors, but also allows you to pre-register at a convenient date and time to carry out the necessary actions in the service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Visitors to the service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs can stand in the electronic queue for the necessary service with the help of registration kiosks located in the service centers themselves, or go to the driver's electronic office and choose the date and time of the visit to the service center in advance.
Yuri Smolyaninov, First Deputy Chief of the GSC of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, said: “Stepping towards our mission of strengthening people's trust in public services, we not only fully implemented the electronic queue management system, but also provided drivers with a convenient way to plan their time by appointment. It is important that during the COVID-19 pandemic, we use a queue management system to plan and manage the number of visitors according to established limits. I would also like to emphasize that the queue management system also gives us the opportunity to systematically monitor the process of providing services and increase the effectiveness of combating corruption in the system of service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. "
"For 2 months after the full launch of the system only through the subsystem of pre-registration was processed more than 800 thousand unique visitors to service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, which demonstrates the ability of electronic driver's office and queue management system to work with heavy workload and provide comfortable service," said Artem Korobko, Deputy Director of Infotech.
